Are there custom fees?

Here’s a clear breakdown of import fees for your region:

  • 🇪🇺 EU & 🇬🇧 UK:
    No import fees! Your order will arrive quickly with no extra charges.
  • 🇺🇸 USA:
    Orders under $800 are exempt from import fees. For orders above this amount, standard customs duties may apply.
  • 🇦🇺 Australia:
    Orders below 1000 AUD exempt from import fees (check Australia’s customs regulations for specifics). We work to ensure fast delivery with minimal charges!
  • 🌍 All Other Countries:
    Most orders ship without extra fees, but we recommend checking your country’s latest import rules to avoid surprises.

How do I buy?

The website will open up with a buy section at the drop time. We will also send a link via email. The stock is limited and it's first come, first serve.

How long is dispatch & shipping?

While it's very likely we dispatch a lot sooner, please allow 5 working days to dispatch as we have to process all your orders at once.

On average we dispatch within 1-3 working days.

Do you offer returns?

Feral Clothing Return Policy

UK Returns:

  • Timeframe: Return items within 14 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags.
  • Include: A note with your order number.
  • Postage: Customer's responsibility; use tracked mail.
  • No Returns Portal: Email us at hey@feralclo.com to initiate a return.
  • Refunds/Exchanges: Processed within 10 days; confirmation via email.

International Returns:

  • Timeframe: Return items within 21 days of receipt; initiate return within 14 days.
  • Customs: Mark as "Returned Goods" to avoid delays or charges.
  • Postage & Process: Same as UK Returns.
